The Anglepoise Type 75 Margaret Howell desk lamp is a new interpretation by the famous British fashion designer, Margaret Howell. She took the original design by Sir Kenneth Grange and gave it a fresh new colour: yellow ochre. The demand turned out so high that Howell added the variants Saxon Blue, Seagrass and Sienna. The new appearance lends the Type 75, which was originally kept in subdued colours, an attractive contrast that is a stylish upgrade to the classic industrial design of this desk lamp.

The Type 75 desk lamp itself is an homage to the legendary Anglepoise 1227 by George Carwardine from 1935. The Anglepoise Type 75 Margaret Howell is manufactured from high-quality materials such as steel and aluminium.

The Anglepoise Type 75 Margaret Howell desk lamp stands out for an extraordinary agility, with its articulated arms being orientable and a ball joint allowing for an individual adjustment of the lamp head. In this way, the zone light emitted by the Type 75 Margaret Howell desk lamp can always be adjusted to your personal needs. A constant spring articulation ensures that the designer light securely remains in the selected position. We recommend using an LED retrofit lamp as light source, as it offers pleasant warm white light without consuming much energy.
