Design

This LED version has the same design as its predecessor, the multiple-award winning Artemide Talo Parete, and it equally impresses by a pleasantly reduced appearance and an unobtrusive design language. With a height of only 42 mm the ascetically looking Artemide Talo Parete LED is extremely slim and smoothly clings to the wall with its soft ends. The elegant luminaire body of this wall light is made from a single aluminium block as part of a die casting procedure. This designer light therefore does not show any disturbing connecting welds. The central part of this wall lamp is covered with satin-finished glass. The unobtrusive light source is a creation by the Scottish designer Neil Poulton and it already received numerous coveted awards. The Talo Parete LED from Artemide, for instance, won awards like the Red Dot Award, the iF Product Design Award and the L´Observeur Du Design.

Talo Parete LED – glare-free and environment-friendly lighting

Thanks to the satin-finished glass, the Artemide Talo Parete LED emits its warm-white light upwards and downwards so that a cosy illumination is created. If the wall light is installed at eye level it is not possible to directly look at the illuminant which means that glare can be practically prevented. A modern LED is integrated in this version of the Talo Parete wall lamp. These energy-efficient lamps stand for environmental awareness, warm-white lighting as well as a high luminous efficacy – Artemide Talo Parete wall lights only require a total power of 20 watts to achieve a light output of 1,225 lumens. For comparison: a 100 W incandescent light bulb offers almost the same brightness with about 1,350 lumens.
