Design

The timeless filigree design of the Artemide Tolomeo Terra LED is the work of a star designer Michele De Lucchi, and upgrades almost any interior without being too obtrusive. As an object of desire, the floor lamp sets design enthusiasts’ hearts aflutter: with its slender arms, cone-shaped head, round flat base, garnished with a tasteful contrast between the polished aluminium surfaces of the base and lamp arms and the satin-finished lamp head. In this way the Tolomeo Terra LED wins over anyone’s heart in no time. Speaking of winning: the floor lamp has won the internationally renowned design award, Compasso d'Oro.

Tolomeo Terra LED: flexibility par excellence

The Artemide Tolomeo Terra LED is entirely trimmed for being flexible. This shows in the lamp head being rotatable in all directions, which is how the filigree floor lamp manages to always direct its light precisely where needed. Furthermore, the Tolomeo Terra LED is provided with an articulated lamp arm, which may be oriented in any desired direction. This ensures highly flexible, needs-oriented lighting. A sophisticated spring balance system ensures that the floor lamp keeps its position in any situation. Thus, as long as there is no big mishap, the Artemide Tolomeo Terra LED will never just fall on your nose out of a sudden. What is more, the designer light is equipped with energy-efficient LEDs which boast a long service life at a very low energy consumption.
