The DCWéditions Biny Spot black LED is an exclusive re-edition of a designer classic. In the late 1950s, the Frenchman Jacques Biny (1913 - 1976) designed the "Zodiaque" – for Lita France. DCWéditions, the specialist for long-forgotten design treasures of the 20th century, has slightly updated the original model, but left the design of the original design essentially unchanged and thus breathed new life into a masterpiece of industrial design.
The DCWéditions Biny Spot is a very flexible wall lamp/spotlight. A ball-and-socket joint allows it to be rotated by 330° and tilted by 88°. Thus the Biny Spot can be aligned as desired. The target of its warm-white light beam can be, for instance, a painting or a sculpture in the living room, which gains additional expressiveness through the focused glow. Even a cupboard or other beloved object receives more appeal through the targeted light of the Biny.
