Design

The elegant design of the Flos Glo-Ball F2 is the result of its reduction to the essentials. Thanks to its characteristic head made of satin-finish glass, this floor lamp ensures a uniform illumination, while the light can be dimmed. The design of the Glo-Ball F2 impresses by its plain elegance which is typical for Flos products. The light head of this floor lamp that looks like a flattened, floating globe is the secret of its success. The slight flattening is responsible for its individual look. This feature is also reflected in the name of this floor lamp: half globe and half light ball, i.e. a "glowing ball". The light base made of massive, wet painted steel ensures a high level of stability.

Thanks to the hand-blown sphere made of satin-finish glass, the Flos Glo-Ball F2 is able to treat its surrounding area with diffuse and soft light. The pleasantly glare-free light emitted by this floor lamp can be continuously adjusted by means of the dimmer located on the supply line. Depending on the brightness set, the Glo-Ball F2 is ideally suitable to supply subdued mood lighting or bright ambient lighting. The floor lamp is best equipped with a halogen lamp, as it supplies warm-white light with excellent colour rendering.
