The Flos Glo-Ball Mini C/W IP44 is one of the most purist light fixtures light11 has on offer. The wall light is solely defined by its white diffuser made of satin-finished hand-blown glass. The slightly flattened sphere combines imperfection with an aura of elegance. Also known as “glowing ball”, the design of the Glo-Ball Mini C/W IP44 is a work of Jasper Morrison. The British designer is said to be the pioneer of the “New Simplicity”, which advocates a rather modest approach to design. During his exhibition “Super Normal”, he and the Japanese designer Naoto Fukusawa promoted this idea. His numerous works include the design for the bus stations at the Vitra Design Museum in Weil am Rhein.

Glo-Ball Mini C/W IP44 – harmonious light

The Glo-Ball Mini by Flos is highly appreciated for its pleasant light. The wall lamp, which may also be used as a ceiling lamp, spreads soft light in all directions and thereby ensures harmonious and glare-free lighting. Furthermore, this version of the Glo-Ball Mini has a protection degree of IP44, which means that it is protected against damage from water splashes. Please note that the scope of delivery does not include illuminants. A lamp with a G9 base is required.

The Flos Glo-Ball Mini is well-suited to illuminate a hallway with evenly distributed and pleasant light, which creates a truly comfortable atmosphere. Furthermore, the wall and ceiling light is safe to be installed in the bathroom. In a positioning right and left of the mirror or in the middle above the mirror, the Glo-Ball Mini C/W IP44 ensures a balanced mirror lighting. Moreover, the luminaire may also be installed under a canopy in the entrance area or on a balcony/terrace.
