Design

The Flos Kelvin Edge with clamp is a slimmer version of the Kelvin LED with optimised lighting technology. The design of the table lamp was penned by the renowned Italian designer Antonio Citterio. His designs are characterised by the fact that they can always be updated and adapted to new technology. For this reason, the Kelvin Edge with clamp was equipped with the edge-lighting technology that is also reflected in the light’s name. However, lovers of design can still enjoy the filigree shape and the exemplary flexibility of the table lamp from Flos. The Kelvin Edge is available in white, black, titanium and chrome.

Kelvin Edge table lamps with clamp: modern and efficient LED technology

The Flos Kelvin Edge with table clamp supplies a desk with needs-oriented zone lighting. Here, the table lamp particularly stands out for the opportunity to adapt its light colour. In a range between warm-white 2;700 K and neutral-white 3,200 K, the Kelvin Edge with clamp always offers the required illumination. By means of the optical sensor on the light head, the light intensity emitted by the table lamp from Flos may be additionally adjusted in three steps. Furthermore, the assembly is pretty easy. Thanks to the table clamp on the base, the light source may be simply attached to the tabletop and therefore does not take up any valuable space. The Kelvin Edge also convinces in terms of the energy efficiency. Its integrated LEDs generate a luminous flux of 300 lumens and only require eight watts for this purpose. This means that it is significantly more economical than a 25 W incandescent lamp.
