Design

The Foscarini Chouchin Sospensione LED evokes images of traditional Japanese lanterns. French designer Ioanna Vautrin was inspired by the iconographic light objects and created her own contemporary interpretation with this pendant luminaire. The shade of the pendant luminaire is modelled from mouth-blown glass, with the "collar" of white glass complementing the harmonious appearance of the graceful Chouchin Sospensione. With its timelessly elegant design, the pendant lamp sets a discreet exclamation mark in the room. The Foscarini hanging lamp is available in three different shapes. The large, bulbous version is orange, the smaller grey and the slim oblong green. Whether arranged alone or in a harmonious ensemble, a Foscarini Chouchin Sospensione unfolds an almost poetic charisma whose emotional effect delights the senses.

Chouchin Sospensione: soft and glare-free table lighting

The Foscarini Chouchin Sospensione focuses its light directly downwards. In this way, the pendant luminaire creates a harmonious illumination of the surface beneath it. The light emitted by the Chouchin Sospensione is particularly pleasant as it is completely glare-free. What is more, the integrated LEDs operate at a highly efficient level, relieving the strain on both the household budged and the environment.
