Design

The body of the Foscarini Gregg Sospensione Outdoor looks like a large, washed pebble stone. It consists of a polyethylene diffuser that is manufactured using a rotation moulding process. By passing the satin-finished diffuser, the light emitted becomes particularly soft and spreads out evenly in every possible direction. The elegant pendant light by the Italian light manufacturer Foscarini was particularly designed for use in outdoor areas, where it serves as a tasteful eye-catcher that also supplies a pleasant light. The married designer couple Ludovica and Roberto Palomba designed the Gregg Sospensione Outdoor for Foscarini.

Gregg Sospensione Outdoor: bright light in all directions

The Gregg Sospensione Outdoor emits its soft light uniformly in all directions, thus providing for a gentle, yet comprehensive lighting of the surrounding area. Thanks to protection type IP44, the Foscarini Gregg Sospensione Outdoor is protected from the ingress of solid foreign bodies with a diameter of 1 mm as well as against splashing water from all sides. Moreover, it is recommended to operate this pendant light with fluorescent lamps which require significantly less energy compared to conventional incandescent lamps.
