The lamp shade of the Foscarini Le Soleil Sospensione LED consists of overlapping strips of polycarbonate, which are asymmetrically arranged on purpose. This extraordinary design is based on the famous rotunda of the Guggenheim museum in New York. Thanks to its eccentric appearance, the Le Soleil immediately becomes the focal point of any interior. The pendant by the Italian premium manufacturer Foscarini is available in many fashionable colours.

Le Soleil Sospensione LED: a wonderful interplay of light and shadow

The Foscarini Le Soleil LED creates a mesmerising luminous effect. A beam of light is focused directly downwards, which accentuates, for instance, the surface of a table. At the same time, the pendant light emits a portion of light upwards and to the sides while the lamp shade is gently illuminated. In this way, the pendant light by Foscarini not only puts the area beneath it in the limelight, but also itself. What is more, the designer light is equipped with an efficient LED technology. It provides a remarkable luminous flux and consumes only little energy in doing so. This turns the Le Soleil LED into a real cost saver.
