Design

Its graceful, almost delicate design makes the Foscarini Twiggy Terra LED one of the most elegant floor lamps ever. The distinguishing feature of this designer light is the filigree, softly curved light arm. The Twiggy Terra LED is made of a special, fibreglass-reinforced composite material and is manufactured in the production facilities of Foscarini in Venice. The elegant floor lamp is available in the classic colours black and white as well as in the trendy colours carmine red, blue and beige.

Twiggy Terra LED – flexibility combined with energy efficiency

Thanks to its curved shape, the Foscarini Twiggy Terra LED can be optimally positioned behind the area to be illuminated. The shade then slightly projects into the room and swings directly above the object that is to be illuminated. The shade height can be adjusted by means of counterweights and varies between 155 cm and 175 cm. This standard lamp supplies warm, glare-free light. Thanks to the integrated dimmer, the brightness of the Twiggy Terra LED can be regulated as required.

The Foscarini Twiggy Terra LED is provided with an already integrated LED illuminant. It does not only have a long service life but it is also very efficient with a power input of 27 watts. The colour temperature of the LED is 3,000 Kelvin, which means that the floor lamp provides for pleasant, white light. With a luminous efficacy of 3,000 lumens the LED module of the Twiggy Terra LED supplies particularly bright light. For comparison: a conventional incandescent lamp with 200 watts only produces 2,750 lumens.
