A sleek and uncluttered appearance makes the Mawa Schliephacke shine in any space.

The stylish Mawa Schliephacke harks back to the Bauhaus era in Germany. A school of building that operated in the early 20th century, it focussed on practicality and usefulness, while doing away with excess ornamentation. As a result, aluminium was selected as the material of choice for the Mawa Schliephacke floor lamp thanks to its utilitarian purposes.

A multifunctional floor lamp, the Mawa Schliephacke is both versatile and flexible. The lamp arm bends and turns to direct the light precisely where it is needed. This makes the Schliephacke floor light ideal for illuminating workspaces as well as an ideal reading lamp. Not only is the design purist and appealing, the surface is available in a range of finishes to fit in perfectly with the interior.

The Schliephacke floor lamp was created by Fridtjof Schliephacke for the German lighting studio Mawa.
