The Santa & Cole Gira is classic created by the designer trio of J.M. Massana, J.M. Tremoleda and Mariano Ferrer in 1978. Originally, it was produced by Mobles 114, a company based in Barcelona. With its simple shape, the Gira is reminiscent of classic table lamps, from which it stands out, though, for its great flexibility. Both the shaft and the lamp head can be individually aligned, which is why the Santa & Cole Gira is recommended for the use as a reading lamp.
As such, it is often used in the living room. There, the table lamp particularly comes into its own on a side table next to an armchair or a couch from where it assists you with flexible reading light. The Santa & Cole Gira also cuts a fine figure on bedside table in the bedroom, offering needs-based lighting for an unclouded read in bed.
