Design

Daniele Statera and Ines Paolucci designed the Slamp Diamond floor lamp and thus created an artistically sophisticated piece that visually upgrades every environment and that provides for top-class light. The sculptural seeming creation consists of geometrical shapes formed into a stunning floor lamp. Upon switching the light on, it glows like an oversized diamond – hence the name Diamond. The extraordinary floor lamp is made of Opalflex®, a material developed and patented by Slamp itself. This plastic material is characterised by its versatility, durability and unique light refraction. The Slamp Diamond floor lamp upgrades your living areas of every size. You can choose between the sizes small (height: 45 cm; ø17 cm), “media” (height: 72 cm; ø22 cm) and “large” (111 cm; ø27 cm). The base of the floor lamp is made of brushed aluminium.

Diamond floor lamp – pleasant mood light

Besides its extraordinary visual appearance, the Slamp Diamond floor lamp scores points by means of its brilliant lighting effect. The material Opalflex®, an exclusive patented and recyclable material, which is the result of a mixture of technopolymer components and glass crystals, creates fascinating light refractions. In this way, pleasant mood light unfolds and gently spreads into the room. In order to get the most of your Diamond floor lamp, light11 recommends using a halogen lamp, as it provides warm-white light and excellent colour rendering.

Floor lamps for the living room and the bedroom

The filigree elegance and the perfect light of the Slamp Diamond make this floor lamp the perfect choice for the living room. Here, it fulfils a representative purpose even while it is switched off. Especially the “large” version has an impressive appearance and provides for a sufficient amount of room light as well as atmospheric mood light, for instance, if a sideboard or a commode are illuminated. However, the Slamp Diamond standard lamp is equally suitable to be used in the dining room or the bedroom where this interesting light object stands out due to its functionality as well as the visual benefits.
