Design

The designer Elisa Giovanni was inspired by classic crystal lampshades when she created the Slamp Liza table lamp. She transferred the timeless shape and look of the precious crystal glass to this magnificent table lamp. Its bulbous body and the corrugated shade are made of Lentiflex®, a high-tech polymer that is protected by patent rights held by Slamp. The two components are connected by means of an injection-moulded polycarbonate ring.

Liza: two light sources in one lamp

The special feature of the Slamp Liza table lamp: in addition to a classic E27 socket below the lampshade, it is also equipped with an LED module integrated in the base which softly illuminates the table lamp itself. This way, the Liza not only treats its environment with diffused light but also presents itself as a baroque-inspired eye-catcher. Furthermore, the integrated LED module stands out for its high energy efficiency. The other illuminant hidden below the gorgeous lampshade of the Slamp Liza can be freely selected by the user. However, halogen lamps are recommended for their warm light and excellent colour rendering. Both light sources can be switched on and off independently from each other. This allows you to decide whether the table lamp by Slamp is only supposed serve as an atmospheric accent or whether it should provide for a bright and diffused basic illumination.

Liza – table lamps for a tasteful base lighting of the living room

With a height of 70 cm, the Slamp Liza has a remarkable size for a table lamp. For this, the table lamp should be placed onto a low table, such as a coffee table, from where it supplies its pleasant, warm-white light into every direction. In doing so, the combination of its two light sources creates a fascinating atmosphere that invites you to sit back and relax. Placed on a sideboard or a commode in the dining room, the Liza by Slamp emits its diffused light in all directions and makes a joint dinner with the family a special event. Regardless of where it is set up, the designer light by Slamp always supplies an atmosphere of extravagance which is underlined by its special lighting effect.
