The Tecnolumen Wagenfeld WG24 table lamp is based on a design by the well-known Bauhaus pioneer Wilhelm Wagenfeld and has been since decades one of the most popular design classics of the luminaire market. The timeless classic that is also known as Bauhaus light stylistically confident consists of a round clear glass base, a glass pole with a nickel-plated 10 mm tube and a dome-shaped, hand-blown opal glass shade. An evidence of the masterly design of this luminaire: in 1982, the Wagenfeld WG 24 received the iF Design Award. Today, Tecnolumen is the only exclusively authorised manufacturer that is allowed to distribute the elegant reedition of this elegant table lamp. Wilhelm Wagenfeld himself granted them the permission for manufacturing the table light designed in 1924. The WG 24 lights are provided with a serial number in order to be able to distinguish them from the numerous existing plagiaristic products and replicas.

The Tecnolumen Wagenfeld WG 24 uniformly emits its light in all directions. Moreover, the opal glass diffuser provides for an excellent glare control and therefore reduces the strain on the eyes. The table light can be conveniently switched on an off by means of the characteristic pull strap provided with a nickel-plated sphere at the end. light11.de recommends equipping this light with the A60-dim 6W/m 827, E27 Filament LED lamp from Sigor. These only require 6 watts to achieve a luminous flux of 550 lumens which means that this lamp is not only good for the household budget but also for the strongly suffering climate. Alternatively, this table lamp from Tecnolumen can also be equipped with a halogen lamp. This illuminant is known for its brilliant colour rendering.
