Design

The Top Light Puk Maxx Eye Floor 132 cm is a tall, very slender floor lamp whose appearance is determined by you. The five selectable surface finishes include shiny chrome, matt chrome, matt nickel and a combination of chrome/white and chrome/black. The lower light emission aperture is equipped with a convex lens. The upper light opening can either be furnished with a matt glass disc, an aluminium disc or a lens that is either clear or satin-finished on one side. The design of the Puk Maxx Eye floor lamp was conceived by Rolf Ziel.

Puk Maxx Eye Floor 132 cm: individual lighting effect

The Top Light Puk Maxx Eye Floor 132 cm emits light upwards and downwards. The convex lens that covers the lower light opening shapes the emitted light in a parabolic beam. The upwards-directed light can be individually modified by means of various accessories. Equipped with matt glass, the Puk Maxx Eye Floor supplies diffuse light that is gently reflected by the ceiling into the room. A lens, on the other hand, bundles the light into a clear-lined beam, while the matt variant softens the beam’s edges slightly. If you like, you can go even one step further and try one of the optional colour filters. These are available in red, magenta, yellow, blue and green. In this way, the Puk Maxx Eye provides for a very special lighting experience. Thanks to an integrated dimmer, the light intensity can be adjusted to your needs. The recommended illuminant is a halogen lamp with a GY6,35 base.

The Top Light Puk Maxx Eye Floor 132 cm is predestined for the use in a living room. There, it is usually placed next to a couch or an armchair, and functions as a reading lamp. In doing so, the floor lamp also contributes to the general lighting of the room by means of its upwards-directed light. For a cosy atmosphere, the light can be dimmed. The focused light of the Puk Maxx Eye Floor may also be used to accentuate a sideboard or a chest of drawers.
