Design

The inspiration for the design of the UMAGE Acorn Pendant Light becomes obvious at first glance. A "shell" made of silicone encloses a glass shade in which an LED lamp forms the core. Thus the pendant light is reminiscent of an acorn, as we can observe in late summer and autumn on the trees in the forest and on the streets. The Acorn luminaire brings a natural flair to any interior and is thus an example of the imaginative designs of the Danish design label UMAGE, which are influenced by nature. A reflector at the top, which is available in various metal surfaces, gives the pendant lamp a special shine.

Acorn: atmospheric light for various applications

The UMAGE Acorn shines evenly in all directions. Thus, the pendant light is recommended for various scenarios – such as dining table lighting or as a decorative light for a coffee table. For the light source, Acorn uses an LED filament lamp with a beam angle that is just as wide as that of a classic incandescent lamp. In this way, the pendant lamp from UMAGE truly ensures harmonious all-round lighting. What's more, the designer lamp also convinces with its low energy consumption, which protects the environment and saves electricity costs.
